Weekdays and Holidays Definition
Weekdays include Monday through Thursday. Weekends consist of Friday through Sunday, national holidays, and the day before a national holiday.

Passenger Insurance
In the event of injury or death to the driver or passengers, the maximum claim amount per person is NT$3 million. -
Compulsory Insurance
In the event of third-party injury or death, the maximum claim amount per person is NT$2 million. -
Third-party Liability Insurance
NT$2 million for each casualty, NT$4 million for each accident, and NT$500,000 for property damage.
The preceding insurance policies do not cover damages that occur directly or indirectly due to natural disasters such as typhoons, earthquakes, floods, or any other loss or damage caused by alcohol abuse, unknown vehicle damage, breach of contract, and any other actions not covered by the insurance policy or claims for loss or damage to equipment in the vehicle.
Note 1: If the vehicle is lost or stolen before being returned, and a police report is provided, the renter shall compensate 50% of the vehicle’s current market value. For electric or imported vehicles, the renter shall compensate 70% of the vehicle’s current market value.
If the vehicle is later recovered, the renter shall compensate for the actual business loss incurred during the vehicle recovery period, up to a maximum of 20 days, calculated based on the vehicle’s rental rate at the time of rental.
Note 2: If the vehicle is damaged but repairable during the rental period, the renter shall compensate for the damage up to a maximum deductible of NT$20,000.
For electric or imported vehicles, the maximum deductible shall be NT$50,000. A police report and official case handling certificate must be provided.
In addition to the deductible compensation mentioned above, the renter shall also compensate for the actual business loss incurred during the vehicle repair period, up to a maximum of 20 days’ rental charge, calculated based on the vehicle’s daily rental rate.
Rental Terms and Fees / Booking Details and Charges

Daily Rental Rate
The daily rental rate is 24-hour based. If the return is overdue for over 1 hour, one-tenth of the daily rental will be charged per hour. If the return is overdue for over 6 hours, it will be calculated as one day’s rental.If the lessee intends to renew the lease, please notify the Company before the agreed return time (the Company reserves the right to renew the lease) -
Fuel Policy
Payment shall be made according to the “Mileage Fee Standards” announced by the Company every quarter, and the fees shall be adjusted quarterly.A fuel card is provided with the vehicle. A NT$100 production fee will be charged if the fuel card is lost. -
E-tag
Tolls incurred during the short-term vehicle rental period shall be calculated and charged by Far Eastern Electronic Toll Collection Co, Ltd. when the vehicle is returned.
Note: The gasoline price is based on the unit price per liter of the day announced by CPC Corporation, Taiwan.
Responsibilities and Obligations for Renter
The renter shall bear parking fees, traffic fines, and expenses or losses caused by traffic
violations during the rental period.
The renter shall use and maintain the vehicle with the care of a good administrator.
If the vehicle is defective or performing poorly, please inform us immediately. Otherwise,
driving such vehicle for more than 40KM or an hour, the renter shall still bear the full daily
rent.

Order Cancellation Policy
- The deposit will not be refunded if canceled on the scheduled pick-up date or without notice.
- 20% of the deposit will be refunded if canceled within 1 day before the scheduled pick-up date (excluding the pick-up day).
- 30% of the deposit will be refunded if canceled 2-3 days before the scheduled pick-up date (excluding the pick-up day).
- 40% of the deposit will be refunded if canceled 4-6 days before the scheduled pick-up date (excluding the pick-up day).
- 50% of the deposit will be refunded if canceled 7-9 days before the scheduled pick-up date (excluding the pick-up day).
- 100% of the deposit will be refunded if canceled 10 days (including the 10th day) before the scheduled pick-up date (excluding the pick-up day).

Vehicle usage and accounting records inquiry fee standard (effective time: 2023/03/16 (Thursday) at 00:00)
- Apply for hardcopy of car / scooter rental form:
In principle, the following period will be calculated from the actual order pick-up date to the date of application.
- For orders placed within one year (inclusive), NT$50 is charged for each order.
- For orders placed beyond the most recent year, NT$100 per order.
- For orders placed two to five years ago, an additional fee of NT$200 for each trip due to the need to go to the archive for accessing the files.
- Apply for order history details / statement:
Double-sided printing on A4 paper, NT$50 per sheet each time, NT$20 per sheet starting from the second sheet.
- Reprint E-tag record:
Double-sided printing on A4 paper, NT$50 per sheet each time, NT$20 per sheet starting from the second sheet.
- Invoice re-issuance, reprinting, or copy format change:
NT$50 each time.
- Review basic information (selfies, signatures, etc.):
NT$50 per set.

Fee Standards for Outstanding Payments and Traffic Violation Processing

Fee First Notice: NT$50 per case
Second Notice: NT$300 per case - Traffic Violation Processing Fee NT$50 per case
If the Renter fails to pick up the car at the agreed time, the Renter will be charged a business loss expense according to the table below.A full refund will be issued if the car rental itinerary is directly or indirectly affected by natural disasters (such as typhoons, earthquakes, or floods).

Emergency Response Procedure
To protect your rights and interests, in the event of any accident or theft of the rented vehicle, please stay on site and immediately notify the police. Also, please dial (02)5589-0808 and press 5 for follow-up processing. Do not reach settlement with the counter party but immediately contact us.
