1. Passenger Insurance: In the event of injury or death to the driver or passengers, the maximum claim amount per person is NT$3 million.
2. Compulsory Insurance: In the event of third-party injury or death, the maximum claim amount per person is NT$2 million.
3. Third-party Liability Insurance: NT$2 million for each casualty, NT$4 million for each accident, and NT$500,000 for property damage.

The preceding insurance policies do not cover damages that occur directly or indirectly due to natural disasters such as typhoons, earthquakes, floods, or any other loss or damage caused by alcohol abuse, unknown vehicle damage, breach of contract, and any other actions not covered by the insurance policy or claims for loss or damage to equipment in the vehicle.

Note 1: If the vehicle is under repair or stolen, the renter must bear the loss incurred by being unable to operate.The upper limit of business loss expense liability is 21 days (the operating losses shall be calculated based on the rental amount of the vehicle on the rental date).

Note 2: If the vehicle is damaged, the maximum deductible to be borne by the renter shall not exceed NT$10,000(NT$20,000 for electric vehicles and imported vehicles)
